Ramp up and training was invigorating, and although well supported, I had the ability to learn on my own by asking team mates and others to get the correct answer to a question Immediatley. As a softare company, the platform is updated and tweaked on a daily basis with major rollouts quarterly. The clients love us becaus we look after them. The people are fantastic, from HR to management, everyone is very friendly & always ready to help for those who need. As a primarily remote company, there is a large focus on developing the culture online, ensuring the team are still connected & creating personal relationships with their colleagues. The Culture Crew meets weekly to develop new events & challenges for the company to help create a fun working environment for all employees.

Providing such a critical solution to our clients means a 24/7 operation. With some Public Holiday's only in certain regions, is nice having a day off, but will require some catching-up the next day with the new requests.
