Helm has a great on-boarding with a lot of information not only on their in-house solution, but also focuses on the marine industry helping new starters get up to speed in the new environment. The people are fantastic, from HR to management, everyone is very friendly & always ready to help for those who need. As a primarily remote company, there is a large focus on developing the culture online, ensuring the team are still connected & creating personal relationships with their colleagues. The Culture Crew meets weekly to develop new events & challenges for the company to help create a fun working environment for all employees.

Providing such a critical solution to our clients means a 24/7 operation. With some Public Holiday's only in certain regions, is nice having a day off, but will require some catching-up the next day with the new requests.
