None... Very unprofessional environment & doesn't care if they know that its not safe in some homes to work in. When they already know. I feel sorry for the clients& the Aides that have to deal with the unprofessional attitudes that this company has to offer.

Very unprofessional. They show no concern for the ones who has been there for 10 plus years. They holler& talk to you any kind of way& expect for you to be ok with that. I'm not. You really have to kiss up to them to get hrs. Not me.. Help at Home i always considered them the highest rated company in Porter County& any other agency. My views have changed. Poor everything. Its better company's that treat there Great employees with respect& dignity. Not the one in Valparaiso,In. I'm happy that i don't have to count on this horrible job to pay my bills. Patient care is my top priority. They have lost a lot of workers& nurses in the past. Because of how they treat people. Especially the ones who really cares about the patients& there well being. They just want you to overlook critical things and do your job even if its half done. They wouldn't have employees quitting and finding better companies to work for. And clients going to better fit companies. Run & don't look back. This is the worst place to work for.
