USED to be a great company - Recensione dipendente - Home Care Aide presso Help at Home

They bought up small home care agencies then closed major branches and left 100's of employees dangling as to what was happening in 2022. It's still a hot mess. Been here 14yrs and can't believe how horrible things have become. I'm ready to quit! They want us to refer people? I used to....why would I refer someone to a mess of a company that became EXTREMELY greedy with the new CEO. Not sure who's worse right now in Illinois..Help at Home or the takeover by OSF!
