Travelling interstate and even internationally at times for events - love getting to see parts of the world I may not have considered prior. Whilst mainly an event management role there are still sales incentives. The higher ups always willing to negotiate or talk what progression levels are possible for each individual, you just need to bring it to the table to discuss if you haven't been approached. There are plenty of pathways that have yet to be explored. Lots of flexibility (within reason) in the offices.
