-No benefits of being an employee (health insurance etc...) but same expectations (you represent helping and will be punished if you mess up) -Can lose work suddenly with no notice -Helpling raises their middleman rate without telling clients so either you take a pay cut or "raise" your prices to match.

Learned a lot from my direct manager. My colleagues were great too. Good wfh policies.

Some managers were not good at training and teaching. Lower intern pay than other places
