It's a good health plan as well, with reasonable deductibles and co-pays (not a low, crappy plan). *I love that there are so many benefit options when it comes to Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental benefits. *This company truly cares about their employees and their happiness. I'm constantly being surprised with awesome stuff that they do for us. From company lunches, to birthday deserts, to unexpected gifts.
