Create your own hours .

Svantaggi

You will not be paid. 3 founders that have a severe lack of organization and communication to each-other and yourself. They were never on the same page about anything, throughout any issue there was always at least one of them that didn't even know this was happening. They have no idea what language their app was created in or how to accurately estimate how long the work on their project will take.

Vantaggi

Exposure to a fast-paced support environment

Svantaggi

This workplace may not be a good fit for those looking for consistency, fairness, and clear communication. Expectations and accountability can vary across team members, which can create an unbalanced workload and unnecessary stress. There appears to be limited transparency when addressing internal concerns, and processes for resolving issues may not always lead to constructive outcomes. Employees who value structure, support, and professional communication may find this environment challenging. It’s important for potential employees to carefully consider whether this type of workplace aligns with their expectations, especially if they are seeking a stable and collaborative team setting. This role can be fast-paced and, at times, rewarding, especially for those who take pride in helping others and maintaining high performance. However, there are several important concerns that potential employees should carefully consider. Workload expectations can become very demanding, particularly during periods of low retention or staffing challenges. Employees who are dependable and willing to step up may find themselves consistently taking on additional responsibilities, including extra hours and covering gaps, often without clear recognition or long-term support. Accountability across the team can feel inconsistent. Performance expectations do not always appear to be applied evenly, which can result in some employees carrying a heavier workload while others are not held to the same standards. Over time, this can lead to frustration and impact overall morale. While feedback is encouraged, there may be challenges in how it is received and addressed. Employees who raise concerns about team performance or processes may not always see constructive or transparent resolutions. In some cases, feedback does not appear to lead to meaningful improvements, which can make it difficult to feel heard or supported. There are also concerns around how performance and team issues are managed. Situations involving workload balance, call handling, or process adherence may not always be addressed consistently across the team. This can create an environment where expectations feel unclear and outcomes may not always reflect individual effort or contribution. Management response to internal concerns may lack consistency, and individuals seeking a structured, fair, and communicative environment may find this challenging. Those who value strong leadership support, recognition for extra effort, and a balanced team dynamic should carefully evaluate whether this workplace aligns with their expectations. Overall, while there are opportunities to learn and develop skills, those who prioritize fairness, accountability, and open, constructive communication should approach with caution.
