Its worst management. This is not MNC company. Its just like bania company. For old employees nothing any appreciation / promotions are available here. Management playing politics with employees about increment , incentive,promotions. KRA is not decided for employee .The company MD is using bad word as like *** that he is showing his actual position. At the time of interview they have committed will give life for you but after that they are such a worst behavior with employee like we would terminate to you. Its totally harassment to employee. Shortly said that nothing any benefit for employee in carrier. So be alert before join this Helukabel India.
