I have worked for Hem for over two years in different roles and could therefore experience the company not only from different perspectives, but also in different phases. I was part of the team right from the beginning and after a short break, I joined again in a different role - it was wonderful to be back, the company developed quickly and became more and more professional in the meantime. I am extremely grateful to Petrus, who has always been an and impressive leader, with a very clear vision and an open mind. That is very energizing and provides a great working atmosphere. It's a company full of vibrant, creative and determined people, who want to be great at their job and bring the company forward. The level of design and quality that Hem has achieved is remarkable and very inspiring. People all over the world are starting to recognize this and it's a great feeling to know you are part of it. I really enjoyed working with Hem.

It is still a young company with great ambitions, in a field that has a lot of competition. This calls for creative solutions - for people who are inflexible and need consistency on all levels, this might be a challenge.
