Guest are lovely and the property it's very beautiful.

Management cannot afford to educate, train or let you exercise your experience. They oppress instead of grow your career because they are afraid once you truly know your potential, you will not ask but grow without limit. You will take it and over do them. Managers are afraid to loose their positions it they let you exercise your full potential. No growth, no HR trainings, no cross training. Experienced staff posses a threat to the line managers and have to be eliminated with all means. Hypocrisy of the highest level.

Standards are high. Good service from every department from the butlers to the maintenance team
