Dear former colleague, Thank you for writing us a review. We’re glad to hear that you were satisfied with your role while working with us. On the other hand, it is not clear what it was that you were unsatisfied with. It seems that you found the gender of your manager significant for some reason not clear to us, but you then go on to say that it is “still fine.” But we would like to point out that we take the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion very seriously, and we do not accept discriminating attitudes such as these in our company.
