Dear former colleague, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It’s nice to hear that you had a good experience working with our colleagues here. We put a lot of effort into fostering a culture in which we work together as a team to enthuse customers, and as a result many who work with us have nice things to say about the team dynamics they find with us. However, we’re sorry to hear that there were things that you were not happy with. Our rapid growth in the US some years ago was not without some growing pains, and there were some administrative and operational challenges for us. We have already sent some of our colleagues from our headquarters to help improve our processes, including the optimization of our onboardings, and we are continuing in our efforts to make changes for the better. As for salary increases, these are based on performance and are reviewed every year, so we encourage our colleagues to have open and honest conversations with their supervisors regarding the performance targets that will help them to achieve their compensation goals. good pay, great coworkers, there for you anytime

no company vehicle, no gas card, mileage reimbursement is on the low side. management is awful, somehow can't manage to schedule tickets correctly with dispatch team
