Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. And thank you for mentioning that we have great people working with us here. We strive to foster a culture in which all our colleagues consider themselves as part of a team.
On the other hand, we recognize that you did not see your experience working with us to be positive overall. However, we do not agree with your characterization of our company. Our mission above all else is to enthuse our customers, and we also care very deeply about our colleagues who work with us. That’s why we give them responsibilities from Day 1 and offer them support and they grow into their roles, and we provide managers with extensive leadership onboarding and training to make sure they have the knowledge and skills to manage their teams effectively and in a way in which their team members’ needs and concerns are addressed. And as for your criticism of our online login tool, it’s unclear to us why you as a manager would find it “weird” that all our colleagues virtually log in at the start of their work day so that their managers can confirm that their remote team members are present and accounted for. As a Service Delivery Manager, monitoring this on a daily basis should have been one of your key responsibilities.
We are, of course, very disappointed to hear your reports of racist and sexist comments being made by some of our colleagues. This is very much against who we are as a company, and we do not tolerate such behavior. Our HR colleagues are trained to handle such cases, and all our colleagues are asked to reach out to HR when they experience or witness such discrimination. Therefore, we wonder whether you made use of this support which we offer while you were working with us. In any case, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details of what you observed in this regard, as well as further feedback on how we can improve in the other areas you mentioned, by writing to us at EmployerRatings@Hemmersbach.com.
