4yThe close proximity of this review to another negative review also targeting Henderson Scott management, both from an employee with a similar profile would suggest that this is unfortunately either the opinion of a single individual or sabotage from a competitor. That being said however, we are disappointed to see such comments as the management team at Henderson Scott work extremely hard to provide a positive and motivating environment for individuals to be successful and maximise their earning potential. We have recently celebrated our Q3 results and we were delighted to see hiring in every team, over 75% of the company achieving 100% or more of their target (in some cases 250%+) and a record number of individuals achieving places on the lunch clubs and President’s Club trip to Dubai. We are also proud to be able to announce promotions and career progression which has been largely driven by the team managers championing and supporting their teams. Therefore, we do not agree with the comment regarding HS managers “pretending” to care about their teams.
In addition, we take onboard the comment regarding feedback as we do welcome this regularly from employees, candidates, clients etc and as the reviewer has alluded to, we cannot always act on every bit of feedback given however we do assure the reviewer that we are constantly looking into trends, the market and our industry to ensure we are always positioned as a leading employer, and that we remain competitive within the industry. Where we can act on feedback we will and we operate a continual improvement programme to ensure we are constantly refining and improving our approach in all aspects of our operation for the benefit of our employees, candidates and clients.
Whilst we question the validity of this review and reviewer, we do appreciate the feedback and will ensure that where improvement is required, we review and implement this accordingly.
