Enough freedom to do what you need to do. Friendly environment. Small places so can easily reach out to everybody. Lots of event for community involvement. Great co-op program for engineering students getting experience.

HR aggressiveness in solving problems is sort of on and off. Request to solve disturbance due to behavioral conflict between workers could also be ignored by some managers.

Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.
