      Great benefits (pension and 401k). Pay is fair to the market. My team in both HR and Operations are spot on and I am so thankful for the opportunity. Focus on Safety is there.

      The vacation option could be better. I do like the choice of how to get more and AWS. I know the organization is looking at the benefit and finding ways to improve the options. The organization was built around rewarding and taking care of the longevity employees, which makes sense.

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.
