Great place for independent workers

Work alone, not much training

Hendrix has some good upper management that care about employees.

90% of Upper management does NOT care about employees. Production employees don’t get paid much at all, for all the stress and work they are put through. Company did not take Covid-19 seriously, and will barely recognize the work of employees. The only way you will be promoted in this company, is if you have personal connections with upper management. They have brought 2 “managers” now with no prior experience or knowledge, but that was okay because they were friends. Production employees end up having to do more work, because of lack of management. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply.
