Work will be very challenging as the company in the USA will essentially be given marching orders from it's German HQ and staff will need to meet the goals.

Svantaggi

Very controlling environment from the German HQ. While Sr. Management are friendly and send signals that they are willing to listen, in actuality, they don't. Control is very centralized and in the hands of those with good connections to HQ and the family which owns majority interest.

The job is not too difficult. You mainly work on your own, Pay and benefits are outstanding.

12 hour shifts. Only one tech per shift so vacations can be a bit dicey. Support from peers is low and there is a lot of back biting in the lab. Sometimes they seem to be lookng for a scapegoat.
