Ensuring all of our employees can find their balance between professional and personal life is a real objective for our group. This is why it seems essential to us to allow everyone to organize themselves to meet their priorities, through flexible working hours or even teleworking. We have in addition reaffirmed the right to disconnect for all of our teams in our working time agreement, highlighting the importance accorded to worked hours.
Our manager recruitments are correlated to business activity and are monitored every month. They are made based on the life of our customers' contracts. This organization allows us to adapt resources to needs, to anticipate and prevent too much activity on the teams already in place.
The well-being of our employees remains a priority, and we have put a professional support system in place to absorb peaks in activity when necessary.
