I love the work community

Can't think of any cons at the moment.

Leadership is approachable, present, they listen to input and value people’s voices, the employees work hard, are passionate about what they do, are welcoming and supportive of new team members, and bring fun into the workplace, the company continues to grow, the hybrid work and flexible work hour policies are a huge plus, many employees have been 10-15-20+ years, they are extremely involved with community service organizations, and truly value and live into the core values.

Would like for some professional development for all employees and understanding of advancement or different career opportunities within the company, role clarity and making sure everyone follows process can be a struggle, there can be a lack of accountability and follow through when support is needed, workloads for some teams can be overwhelming, there can be inconsistencies between office locations, and if needing to cover anyone other than self on medical insurance is costly.
