top tier training, well known name, you aren't going into any dental office that won't know where your from. great products and services to sell. Given a reasonable base to start and plenty of time on that base. Even though large company(15,000 employees), has small company feel, upper management is extremely visible and willing to listen to anyone. they preach Family first and I learned first hand that they mean it

In my region there was far too many FSC's, seems as though young FSC's are hired in an effort to scrub all the house accounts that dont get called on, they would like you to succeed but you are going to be given garbage accounts that no one wants (near retired, dead, sometimes empty offices)
