      Great benefits and free health care Really good pay You will learn so much in such a short amount of time Promotions are every 2/3 years Employee ownership at year 5

      You will not have a work life balance at all You will basically work 12+ hours a day and sometimes wont even have a weekend There were several times where I worked a 16+ hour shift If you ask to be transferred to a different site, they more than likely won't send you. You will be treated like you are a robot with no life and will be burnt out quick

      Employee Owned , The People, Builder First Mentality, Types of Projects. I have worked for two other General Contractors and am lucky to have the experience to compare with my time at HP. All GC's do the same thing , They just use different systems, acronyms, and types of projects. The People make the Company!
