the company spends too much time putting pressure on the sales team but not enough effort to make sure the rest of the team have what they need in order to be successful. Not enough mechanics, drivers, counter representative, which makes a job already very stressful even more stressful.

There are absolutely no pros to working here

The worst place I’ve ever worked. Management is completely disengaged and cares nothing about making the business run smooth, and sure not about employee satisfaction. The Director is the most condescending person I’ve ever met in my life, and casts a dark shadow over the entire department. Nothing is done about it. Job security? You won’t have that here. It’s like Survivor, every week someone else gets voted off. Avoid this place like the plague
