Micromanagement from a new manager who's never had a management role or any training

Bullying- constant bullying from management
Poor Communication- lack of open transparent communication. Management has a group chat with his buddies within the team.
Favoritism- Management would show favoritism to his buddies within the team for promotions, assignments and recognition to higher ups.
Lack of Career Development Opportunities - This is most important! As mentioned with favoritism, Management will only promote and recognize his buddies leaving others in the dark.
Resistance to change - Management is not open to any ideas from team.
