Hero is a fantastic place to work if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats. This opens up the opportunity for individuals to learn a lot and make incredible interpersonal relationships amongst team members (within your team and cross-functionally).
I have personally been able to grow into numerous roles over the last few years, with a great deal of support from management. Not every day is rainbows and sunshine, just like any other company - BUT, if you believe in Hero's mission, then it proves that even the tough moments, are worth it, and I feel I am truly making a difference in other people's lives, while I also am building my career.
