Management is a disaster. No concept of work life/balance. Out of touch with the changing market. Too much of dud product market, Just because a competitor introduces a new product. Herrs has to come out with five, don't sell and go out of code. DM.s don.t know anything about what sells and what doesn't on individual routes. If you are not married and have no life..Go for it. Too much time wasted on crap stops, only to remove out of code product that would not sell anyway. No concern about well being and safety of drivers.
