At top management level ( CEO),too much focus on cost saving ( although company is making profit) and short term objectives to satisfy shareholders greed ...quality of service no longer a priority and no credibility of CEO when talking about this...look like shareholders try to maximise profit before they disengage. No consistancy on future vision for the company
