The main pro to this particular job is the tangible effect that you have on the people we support; you can see the fruits of your labour and it feels good to know that you can make a difference.

Svantaggi

The company is downright prejudicial and discriminatory against particular people. Do not expect reasonable adjustments if you have any form of disability, whatsoever. The place is also mismanaged to help with zero forms of consistency whatsoever. If you have anxiety, this place is a hard pass any way you see it because you have no idea where and who you will be supporting. The idea of a “core team” is a joke that was seemingly abandoned long ago.
