Agent - Recensione dipendente - P&C Agent presso Hettler Insurance Agency

Family member that works there tries to bully singled out employees while owner is away, then plays nice when owner returns. Also, loudly, corrects employees, including another family member, in front of clients. Tries to raise prices by leaving off discounts that would benefit their clients. Micromanaging. Will not accept change. High turnover. I don't believe owner realizes there is bullying in the office. Lunch is from 12-1 no matter what.
