1. No work life balance. Unlimited leaves is a sham. The management wants you to work from 8 AM till 1 AM. 2. Very Very Bad CEO and CTO. No respect for the work you do but will chase and make you completely responsible for any failures. No support from Management. The CEO and CTO behaves and talks like you are their servant and they are your Lords. So much micromanagent from both. No professionalism. They will talk to you so good in front of others but when alone, they will treat you like you are worthless. 3. Almost all good people have either left the organisation or were asked to leave for some illogical reasons. Rest are planning to leave. 4. The company and product started good and was working fine till last year but since then, the product has got issues and the CEO and CTO with no trust in the employees has made it so toxic to work. Join at your own risk.
