Vantaggi
Good infrastructure, some good benefits.
Svantaggi
They only take care to show the postulants that Hexacta "is a great place to work", but then they don't take care to bring what they promise. The projects are not good: maybe you won't learn nothing new working on the project or from the people you work with during months (or even years I guess); there's a lot of bureaucracy because of the clients policy and you may find that the conditions to work are not the best (sometimes the office is too loud, the computer can take 10 minutes to start, etc, etc). They also don't respect the Argentine labor laws; for example I've left the company 3 weeks ago and they haven't paid me for the days I've worked yet (it is supposed that they have to pay it the same day you leave the company; if not then they should pay for each delayed day).
