1 . CEO runs the company.Unprofessional management. 2.You are hired for a particular technology but after joining .You will be forced to join a project that doesn't match your resume 3. No career path .Company has only one client (Volkswagen). 4.No one day sick leave 5.No WFH . 6 .They always hire people from other countries .They provide sponsorship but if you leave the company within 2 years the employee has to payback an anonymous amount (which will be calculated).That's why they always hire people from other countries since they don't know about the German law .
