Vantaggi

-Flexible working hours. -Work-life balance can be maintained easily. -Most of the peers are nice in nature and are helpful. -Free breakfast and Sodexo coupons that they provide for lunch. -Medical insurance policy -Nothing that I can think of that can add value to your personal and professional development.

Svantaggi

-Work culture is lethargic. -No technically challenged or exciting challenges or work. -Most of the teams/people either work on outdated technologies or work on some tools which aren't even technical and doesn't require any specialization (even a person without any formal education whatsoever can do it) despite the fact that they claim it as a "product-based" company. -Majority of the peers are not enthusiastic about innovation, invention, technology, and research considering the fact that it's an "R&D" center. -Assignment of the department to the people randomly without any systematic procedure and without even identifying the strengths and interests of the individual. -HR policies and people are incontrovertibly jackleg.

Vantaggi

The best part of MI is the people in the trenches — the field engineers, techs, and specialists who show up, solve problems, and support each other even when the system around them doesn’t. The teamwork, the shared experience, and the professionalism of the technical staff are what keep the wheels turning. Those relationships are the real value.

Svantaggi

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
