      I've loved working for hexure (about a year and a half now) and have learned so much in my short time here. The culture and people are fantastic it's very collaborative and focuses around growth and hard work which is very fulfilling to work in day to day. Not a ton of fakeness or corporate speak and feels like a startup in the best of ways. They take employee feedback seriously and do their best to make Hexure a great place to work. WFH and Unlimited PTO is real and as long as you're getting stuff done, you get to take the time you want/need which is a great feeling. Direct managers are laid back and understanding and really work to connect with you and make your job great

      Sometimes the workload can be too much depending on how skilled you are (potential to be brought in to fix things others screwed up, take over projects, assigned a few too many projects, etc.), no bonuses, pay is ok could be a bit better, need more employees to handle the amount of business coming in (good problem to have but still)

Say "Bob," or "Chris," and people have a strong probability of knowing who you're talking about. A great organization in which make a name for yourself - Very strong ties with top tier clients - On the right track with huge momentum and potential. Now is a great time to join.

      - Mobility within the company is challenging because we are a lean organization, with competent people filling roles that cannot easily be swapped out or abandoned. Many positions have little backup.

We are proud of the warm, collegial culture you described and love hearing that our momentum and client relationships are being felt across the organization. On career mobility—while we are a lean team, we’ve built a formal career lattice that managers review with employees at least annually. Every role has mapped vertical growth, and we’ve outlined horizontal moves too. This year alone, we’ve promoted or moved over 40 employees globally. One benefit of being lean is that we are not bound by rigid hierarchies. We have the flexibility to be creative and support individual interests.       Flexible PTO, flexible schedules, USED to be remote.

      Workloads are overwhelming, executive leadership is so far removed from the actual work going on day to day. Very little room to advance or grow. Poor decisions by management and leadership. Company was recently acquired, and now all employees not near an office are required to report to a (limited) location option within 24 months. Very much uncertainty within the company and many experienced workers are looking to leave due to the lack of transparency about the new “hybrid” model for those nowhere near an office location.
