If you can smooth talk and butter up the CEO, you might have a chance in succeeding here. Say exactly what she wants to hear and do exactly what she asks you to do. The managers are the worst. They do not have the skills to manage a team or get this done. The company doesn't care about their employees. You can lose your job any time. People live in fear that the company is going to shut down any day.
