It's a startup, so adjust your expectations accordingly-- there's not a let of "set in stone" process, your duties will shift from time to time, you'll be constantly required to learn new things incredibly quickly and begin implementing them immediately, you're expected to be an adult and be able to engage in constructive conflict resolution.
