For example, missing a meeting due to a medical appointment may lead to reprimands. Attempts to leave the company can also be met with legal action, as the owner is known to be highly litigious.

      I can only think of the cons.

      The leadership is the main problem here at Hi-Speed Industrial Service. Most of the employees here are miserable because we have to put up with the verbal abuse and pressure from the management. Another issue with the leaders here is that they’re inconsistent. Some of them are okay, but many of them are awful. Some are micromanagers and perfectionists, while some are hostile and verbally abusive.
