Will get rid of current employee to bring back a past employee No training/ given knowledge of job position, they are tacky in how they get rid of someone, Like to have scapegoats to blames problems on, money feels tight in the company, never know when your going to be the next one be let go. They needs to do right by employees, and stop paying hard working employees so cheaply.
