No pros at all — not a recommended place to work

The leadership style lacks empathy and growth mindset. While mistakes are a natural part of learning, the CEO tends to respond with public criticism and abrupt decisions rather than offering constructive feedback or second chances.

All the facilities are provided by the company. Work culture is very nice. All the colleagues are approachable. This is my third Job in my career full time. I have never come a cross such a beautiful atmosphere.

Nothing much to share about cons, but I must say, who is trying to pollute the name, Everything has been well-organized, and I’ve had a great time working with a supportive team.
