So there are a lot of variables affecting your learning and growth (On-site manager, Reporting manager, kind of project, kind of role, etc.) Negligible growth opportunities in the long term. So, learn enough and leave. Salaries are on the lower side compared to the big players in this business. Might change if it becomes one of the big players (very unlikely in the short term).
