Get to self-study lots of things in order to take on a project. The tech chief is friendly and very knowledgeable. The general manager is good with his communication skills and reasonable.

Not a friendly place if you don't have any audio fixing experience. Work then will be stressful and make you feel it is impossible to finish. And they just have salary + vacation pay, no insurance so be careful when working to not get hurt.
