1. Please don’t blindly trust the overly positive reviews. Many of them feel disconnected from the actual employee experience.
2. Layoffs and terminations happen so frequently that employees almost start tracking them like monthly subscriptions. Job security is practically non-existent.
3. Attrition is unbelievably high.
4. I’ve personally seen several smart and talented people resign within just 2–3 weeks of joining. Probably the quickest realization phase I’ve ever witnessed. Lucky are the ones who identify the reality early and move on fast.
5. Leadership culture is heavily top-down, with excessive micromanagement and very little transparency or employee empowerment.
6. The organization lacks proper structure, stable processes, and long-term product vision. Most teams operate in constant uncertainty and pressure.
7. HR has very limited influence in improving employee concerns or workplace culture. Policies and governance feel weak or inconsistent.
