Vantaggi

Nice coffee machine. No state income tax. Very accepting of trans people

Svantaggi

After a week of training you are expected to perform at the same level as people that have been there over 6 months. No job security at all. You are graded solely on the amount of tickets you solve in a day, that is all that matters to them. It doesn’t matter if other coworkers give you praise for your work or if you help them with a problem, you didn’t hit the number? Ok you’re fired. The system went down one day for over an hour, preventing everyone from solving tickets, so that day clearly I wouldn’t hit the number. Doesn’t matter you didn’t hit the number. As I was the lowest level employee, there are certain customer complaints that I was not authorized to handle, so I have to pass those up to a manager. Only those do not count towards my daily goal even though they still require work to be done on them before it can be passed to the manager. The policies are not straight at all. The HR trainer said on our first day that we can listen to music, however, the CTO walks around and will write you up if you are caught listening to music. After my first week, I knew I was going to get fired in a week. They said I have a week to get my numbers up or that’d be it. How is that a way to motivate and nurture your employees? By threatening their job? So I started to apply for jobs after that meeting. They play music on speakers throughout the whole office, there in no quiet place at all. How can you focus when you’re listening to music you don’t like? The CTO is Aleksandr Kogan. Look him up and decide is that really the person you want to work for?

Vantaggi

I know there used to be problems, but it's been alright for me so no complaints. Seems like the mgrs care about making a good culture. They do expect performance, want you to work quickly, and meet your numbers but are pretty good about helping. Most of us can tell they try to be open. They always say there are lots of opportunities to grow because it's a startup, and we're seeing some growth now, so it seems like a good place to be...either short-term or longterm. Just don't get in the habit to slack off because they are pretty attentive !!

Svantaggi

Performance metrics can be complicated. Some clients you get assigned to are challenging.

Vantaggi

The only pros I can think about is the relaxed environment. Open dress code, you can listen to music, etc.. Coworkers are nice and they have public transportation assistance, though not much, as well.

Svantaggi

Literally everything else. I've heard this company had to start over multiple times. The pay is mid and has no potential of rising; they just offer you a virtually impossible to receive bonus, that never exceeds like $30. KPIs and QA scores are extremely difficult to hit consistently, and you will have the pressure of losing your job every week after your 3rd week working. HR lies, has no accountability, nor has any empathy for the employees (she works from home in a different state). There is no growth unless a manager gets fired (there's only 3). Certain managers are gossipy and show no respect. Creepy engineers according to some women. The CEO does not really care about her employees... only that they hit their numbers to get her more money. Training is literally the worse and typically lasts not even a full work day. The only account exec they have makes you feel awkward and uncomfortable. Policies are outdated, attendance policy specifically is atrocious, and to top it all off, little to no OT. Worst job I've worked for. Work here if you're desperate, but even so, never stop applying.
