I honestly haven’t experienced any major negatives so far. The only thing I would note is that the role requires dedication and a strong desire to learn, this isn’t a place for someone looking for a quick or easy job. The pace is fast, the training is thorough, and expectations are high, but if you’re motivated and have a positive attitude, it’s a very rewarding environment.
