Never in my 30+ years have I ever worked for a more incompetent group of people. The reporting system for sales is totally unreliable and in many cases totally inaccurate. The expectations for the salespeople are totally unrealistic and the managers are extremely incompetent, arrogant, and totally lacking in any leadership qualities. The company made a major change within the sales department nationwide splitting the staff into two divisions. One that sells the yellow pages and the other that sells only internet marketing products and only to new businesses. Management claims as recently as a week ago that over 600 salespeople were going to lose their job for failing to meet the new sales objectives. Question is if 600 people cant do it, is there any possibility the expectations are out of line? Hello investors! Is anyone paying any attention??
