It doesn't have a good local reputation and Spa Management has no former high-end spa experience. You will not be allowed to keep any tips. There are a few good people on the spa team but also inexperienced people with a bad work ethic and who cannot stay on time. Know your worth. You can find yourself a better deal right down the road.
