Weak to No Management. Average to Low Pay. Constant problems that are never addressed by management (inventory always has errors, broken forklift brakes, constantly running out of everyday supplies). Promises of advancement to positions that don't exist for meager pay raises but more responsibilities. Other workers don't care anymore (come in late all the time, take breaks all the time whenever, making simple mistakes on shipments, constantly on phones while there is still work). Weak communication (not told about when large shipments are coming in till last minute or when new sales are happening).
