Good pay, plenty of overtime. Interesting machines that break frequently.

They hire ex cons, child molesters, and drug addicts. Management plays favorites. They promote their friends. It’s dirty, cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The atmosphere is unprofessional. Tend to be unprofitable and don’t give out bonuses or profit sharing. Most employees are inexperienced.
