None. If you are looking for a large corporation to advance, this isn't for you. If you are looking for a work life balance that challenges you every day, this is the place for you.

Being a non profit for higher education, the organization was stable during the most recent economic recession. The benefits package is also superb, since the talent they generally desire comes from the education sector.

Little to no room for career advancement for supporting roles (not directly related to the accreditation process). Felt like more time was spent handling conflict resolution between departmental leadership than implementing projects. A culture highly resistant to change.
